This explains what Mockscope collects when you use Mockscope, why, and what you can do about it. Contact: support@mockscope.in.
Account data. Your email, plus name and profile photo if you sign in with Google.
Content you upload. Exam papers, answer keys and images you add to your account.
Attempt data. The core of the product. While you take a test we record which question you were viewing and for how long, every option you selected or changed, when you marked a question for review, how you moved between questions and sections, and which language you read in. Your report is built from this.
Payment data. Handled by Razorpay — we receive a payment reference and status, never your card, UPI or bank details.
Technical data. Standard server logs, including IP address and browser type.
To run your account and keep you signed in, generate your reports and history, process payments, keep the service secure, and understand in aggregate how the product is used.
Your papers and attempts are private to your account, enforced at the database level — other users can't read them. We don't sell your data or use it for advertising.
Processors that run the service: Supabase (database, auth, file storage), Vercel (hosting), Google (sign-in, if you use it), and Razorpay (payments). Some store data outside India.
Account and attempt data stay while your account is open. Deleting your account removes your profile, papers and attempts immediately — nothing is held back except where we must keep payment/tax records separately for accounting obligations.
Ask for a copy of your data, ask us to correct it, or delete your account and its contents — write to support@mockscope.in. Account deletion is immediate; other requests get a response within 30 days.
Mockscope is for exam candidates aged 13 and over. If you're under 18, use it with a parent or guardian's knowledge.
We use cookies only to keep you signed in — no advertising or third-party tracking.
Data is encrypted in transit and at rest; access to your rows is restricted at the database level to your own account. No system is perfectly secure — if a breach affects you, we'll tell you.
