These terms govern your use of Mockscope, operated by Mockscope. Creating an account or using the service means you agree to them.
Mockscope lets you take a mock exam paper as a timed computer-based test and gives you a behavioural report on how you attempted it. We do not supply question papers, answer keys, study material or teaching — you bring the paper.
You're responsible for the accuracy of your account details and anything done through it. One account per person; don't share your login. You must be 13 or older; if you're under 18, you confirm a parent or guardian has agreed to these terms for you.
You confirm you have the right to use each file you upload and that it doesn't infringe anyone's copyright. Uploads are private to your account — we never publish them, share them with other users, or build a public library from them. You retain ownership; you give us only a licence to store and process them to run the service. We may remove content we believe in good faith is infringing, and suspend accounts that repeat the problem.
Don't use Mockscope to redistribute copyrighted material, access other users' data, disrupt or overload the service, scrape or reverse-engineer it, or anything unlawful.
Paid plans are on our pricing page. Prices are in Indian rupees, inclusive of all applicable taxes. Razorpay processes payments — we never store your card or bank details. Plans don't auto-renew unless checkout says so at purchase. Refunds follow our refund policy.
We aim to keep Mockscope available but don't guarantee uninterrupted service. Reports are built from the answer key you provide — a wrong key means a wrong report. Our analysis is a study aid, not a prediction of your exam result; no outcome is promised or implied.
To the extent the law allows, our total liability to you for any claim is capped at what you paid us in the twelve months before the claim arose. We're not liable for indirect or consequential loss, including exam outcomes.
Stop using the service or delete your account any time by writing to support@mockscope.in. We may suspend or close an account that breaches these terms, and will normally tell you why.
We may update these terms; a material change will be flagged on the site. Continuing to use Mockscope afterward means you accept it.
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts at Karnataka have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute.
