These terms govern your use of Mockscope, a website operated by Mockscope, a sole proprietorship owned by MAHESH KUMAR PRAJAPAT, with its place of business at Salarpuria Sattva Cadenza, Bangalore, Karnataka, 560068. By creating an account or using the service you agree to them.
Mockscope lets you take a mock examination paper as a timed computer-based test and gives you a behavioural report on how you attempted it. We supply the interface, the timer, the measurement and the analysis. We do not supply question papers, answer keys, study material or teaching. You bring the paper.
You need an account to use the service. You are responsible for the accuracy of the details you give us and for anything done through your account. One account is for one person; do not share your login. You must be 13 or older. If you are under 18, you confirm that a parent or guardian has agreed to these terms on your behalf.
You may upload examination papers, answer keys and related files. You confirm that you have the right to use each file you upload and that uploading it does not infringe anyone's copyright. Files you upload are private to your account. We do not publish them, share them with other users, or build a public library from them.
You retain ownership of what you upload. You give us a limited licence to store and process those files solely to provide the service to you. We may remove any content that we believe in good faith to be infringing, and we may suspend accounts that repeatedly upload infringing material.
Do not use Mockscope to redistribute copyrighted material, to attempt to access other users' data, to disrupt or overload the service, to scrape or reverse-engineer it, or for anything unlawful.
Paid plans are described on our pricing page. Prices are in Indian rupees and inclusive of all applicable taxes. Payments are processed by Razorpay; we do not store your card or bank details. Plans do not auto-renew unless the checkout says so at the time of purchase. Refunds are governed by our refund policy.
We aim to keep Mockscope available but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Reports are generated from the answer key you provide; if the key is wrong, the report will be wrong. Our analysis is a study aid. It is not a prediction of your examination result, and no outcome in any examination is promised or implied.
To the extent permitted by law, our total liability to you for any claim relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim arose. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, including examination outcomes.
You may stop using the service and delete your account at any time by writing to support@mockscope.in. We may suspend or close an account that breaches these terms, and will normally tell you why.
We may update these terms. If a change is material we will say so on the site. Continuing to use Mockscope after a change means you accept it.
These terms are governed by the laws of India. The courts at Karnataka have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute.
